Whole spelt banana bread (vegan, additional sugar free)
Whole spelt flour, almonds and bananas are a real powerhouse. This cake is vegan and doesn't contain any additional sugar, so it is perfekt for the kids and also for the not so small in the house!

500gbananas
200gmilkalmond milk, oat milk, coconut milk...
250gwhole spelt flour
100galmondsground, with the skin
16gbaking powder
1/2vanilla beanthe core of it
Zubereitung
Prepare the dough
Peel the bananas, chop and mash.
Add milk and mix well. If you do not like to have any banana pieces in your bread puree everything with a mixer.
Add all dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, almonds, baking powder and vanilla) and mix well.
Preheat the oven at 160°C with the fan on and grease a round baking tin (26cm diameter).
Mix the dry and wet ingredients and place in the baking tin. Smooth the top.
Bake
The baking time is 45 minutes. Make sure a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean before removing from the oven.
Then let cool 5 minutes in the baking tin, remove it and let cool completely.
